What are your opening hours?
During the school term:
Closed Monday & Tuesday
Open Wednesday/Thursday 2-7pm
Open Friday 2-8pm
Open Saturday/Sunday 10-6pm
During the school/bank holidays:
Open Monday-Sunday 10-6pm
When should we arrive?
We recommend your party guests arrive 15 minutes before your booking time to ensure everybody gets the full experience.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
All participating children must have a signed waiver on file to gain entry.
For group/party bookings please forward the waiver link in your booking confirmation email
to your guests for them to sign and link to your booking.
What age groups can attend?/Is there a height restriction?
The ninja bounce park is strictly for children aged 5-17 years and above 1 metre in height.
The soft play area is for children aged 2-5 years.
VR/Bumper Cars – participants must be over the age of 5 and at least 1 metre in height.
An accompanying adult must remain on the premises for the duration of the booking.
Can I bring a birthday cake/candles/pinata/decorations?
Cakes/candles/free standing decorations are permitted in our private party rooms only.
Paper plates and wooden forks will be provided for cake on request.
Pinatas and fountain candles are not permitted.
Do I need to pre-book?
Pre-booking is not compulsory but is strongly advised. Availability cannot be guaranteed
without a booking.
Can I get a refund for my booking?
Unfortunately, all tickets are non-refundable.
Do I need grip socks?
All participating children must wear grip socks. These can be purchased for €3 online or at
reception.
Grips socks are included in party packages only.
Can adults bounce?
Unfortunately, adults are not permitted entry to the bounce park. Adults can relax and
supervise their children from our upstairs viewing gallery.
Adults can, however, directly supervise children in the soft play area for 2-5 year olds.
Do you sell food?/What are the party food options?
Yes, we have an onsite café that supplies hot food, snacks & beverages.
Party food options: Chicken nuggets/Sausages/Veggie Patty/Gluten-free goujons -all served
with chips.
Where can adults sit?
Adults can supervise the trampoline area from our upstairs viewing gallery or can sit in the
main reception area.
Party bookings will have a reserved table for 4 adults in the main reception area.
Do you have an elevator?
Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator on the premises.
