SAFETY GUIDELINES

At Bounce N Beyond, we prioritise the safety and enjoyment of all our visitors. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines: 

  1. Play Safe: We emphasize the importance of safe play. Please refrain from engaging in horseplay, pushing, or playing tag on the Bounce Park floor. Our goal is to minimize the risk of injuries and maintain a secure environment. 
  2. Follow Instructions: It’s essential for all children to listen to the instructions given by our floor supervisors. This is for the safety of everyone and to ensure that each visitor gets the most out of their visit. 
  3. No Bullying: We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying. In cases where a supervisor has to address bullying behaviour more than once, a parent will be contacted, and the child will not be readmitted to the bounce park on that day. We strive to create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all. 
  4. One Child at a Time: For safety reasons, we kindly request that only one child uses each trampoline at a time. This precaution helps to reduce the risk of injuries. 
  5. Respectful Dining: While we are delighted to serve food on our premises, we expect our guests to enjoy their meals responsibly. Food fighting is not permitted, and any child engaging in such behaviour will be excluded from the center without refund. 
  6. Respect Our Staff: Our dedicated staff members work hard to ensure that our guests have a fantastic time. We kindly ask that you treat our employees with respect and dignity at all times. Aggressive or argumentative behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated. 
  7. Familiarise yourself with the House Rules: We request that parents familiarise themselves with our house rules and communicate them to their young guests. It’s important that everyone understands and follows these guidelines for the benefit of all.
